SAMSON

Two professional platforms. One clear choice.

TG and PG II Genesis follow the same SAMSON philosophy: durable construction, high pump capacity and precise application. The difference becomes clear as implement weight, operating intensity and tanker load requirements increase.

SAMSON TG

A powerful professional tanker without unnecessary complexity.

Suitable for high workloads with spreading booms, trailing-shoe applicators and medium-weight incorporation implements. TG can also be equipped with the PG II 15,500 l/min centrifugal pump.

SAMSON PG II GENESIS

Ultimate implement carrier.

When the tanker must do more than transport and pump slurry — it must also carry heavy, wide and demanding implements.

SAMSON PG II cisterna
CHOOSE PG II IF implement demands and operating intensity become the main requirement.

STANDARD ON BOTH SERIES

Epoxy protection inside the tank.

The inside of the tank is sandblasted, primed and epoxy coated. In the aggressive slurry environment, this provides a higher level of corrosion protection than a galvanised surface. Both series feature precise automatic rate control based on forward speed, a light and durable construction, low centre of gravity, section-controlled rear discharge, low operating costs and high residual value.

PRECISE APPLICATION

The application rate remains consistent as forward speed changes.

The flow meter and automatic control maintain the set m³/ha rate, compensating for changes in forward speed and helping keep application uniform across the field.

FILLING SYSTEMS

A filling system matched to your storage and operating rhythm.

The right filling system reduces downtime and fuel consumption while increasing work rate.

01

External filling

The simplest solution when slurry is pumped into the tanker by a stationary or mobile pump.

TG / PG II
02

Ejector

Rapidly creates up to −0.9 bar vacuum in the suction pipe. Once the liquid reaches the centrifugal pump, the centrifugal pump continues the filling process.

CAN BE COMBINED WITH OTHER FILLING SYSTEMS
03

SAP

Side suction arm for fast filling from a storage tank or connection without leaving the cab.

TG / PG II
04

Pump Tower

Integrated pump tower for filling from open stores and transport tankers.

TG / PG II
05

Front Filling System

Front filling keeps the rear free for the implement and an efficient workflow.

PG II ONLY
SAMSON TG

Choose TG if:

  • you will work with a spreading boom, trailing-shoe applicator or grassland/soil incorporation implements;
  • you want SAMSON high-capacity centrifugal pumps, precise automatic rate control and Ejector technology;
  • you do not need the PG II 9 t linkage, wheel drive or operation with exceptionally heavy implements;
  • you want a professional SAMSON tanker with a lower initial investment than PG II.

SAMSON PG II GENESIS

Choose PG II if:

  • you plan to work with heavy injectors and incorporation implements;
  • you need a 3-point linkage with up to 9 t capacity;
  • you need HPD / HWD wheel drive or the Front Filling System;
  • the tanker will be used intensively for contracting or on a large farm.

PICHON

A straightforward galvanised vacuum tanker backed by SAMSON technology.

For lower initial investment and simpler operation. PICHON is part of the SAMSON Group, and several key components use SAMSON technology.

  • Fully galvanised, durable steel construction with low maintenance requirements
  • Simple and proven vacuum technology up to −0.9 bar
  • Centrifugal pump available for applicator feed
  • Side suction arm with centrifugal pump available
  • Depending on configuration, selected SAMSON implements can also be used

APPLICATION AND INCORPORATION IMPLEMENTS

SAMSON application technology

SAMSON application technology is developed using practical field trials and international research data to improve nutrient utilisation and reduce ammonia losses.

SAMSON spreading boom at work SURFACE APPLICATION
01 FOR LARGE WORKING WIDTHS

Spreading booms

For high work rates and large working widths, distributing slurry evenly through hoses close to the ground.

  • very large working widths;
  • suited to large areas and high daily output;
  • working-width and section control available.

SAMSON trailing-shoe applicator at work CLOSE TO THE CROP
02 GENTLE APPLICATION AT SOIL LEVEL

Trailing shoe

Slurry is placed in narrow bands at soil level and closer to the root zone, working gently in grassland and growing crops.

  • less crop contamination;
  • precise placement directly at soil level;
  • large working widths for intensive operation.

03 TARGETED INJECTION

Injectors

Targeted slurry placement into the soil with minimal soil disturbance — particularly for grassland and crops where precise injection matters.

  • single- or double-disc solutions;
  • placement close to the root zone;
  • working widths up to 12 m.

04 IN ONE PASS

Incorporation implements

Slurry incorporation and soil cultivation in one pass — from stubble cultivation to deeper Strip-Till application.

  • tine and disc implements for different soil conditions;
  • typical working depths from 3 to 15 cm;
  • Strip-Till solution for deeper 20–30 cm cultivation.

All implements are equipped with SAMSON distributors. SAMSON-developed vertical distributors provide precise high-flow distribution across the hoses, strong resistance to foreign objects and straightforward maintenance.

PRODUCTIVITY REFLECTED IN COSTS

The goal is not the cheapest tanker. The goal is the lowest cost per m³ applied.

Less fuel. Less downtime. Lower nutrient losses. More precise rate control and more value from every m³ applied. High residual value. These are the factors we consider when configuring a SAMSON system for your farm.
